Hicksville Community Council

Mission Statement:

To cultivate and present programs to the general public in an attempt to educate the community on all issues and opinions within the Hamlet of Hicksville which could in any way affect the quality of life of the residents resident within the community it represents.

Our Meetings:

The Hicksville Community Council meets on the first Thursday

of every month

EXCEPT January, July and August

Annual Dinner/Dance held the first Thursday of April

All meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held at the

William Bennett Community Center located at 28 West Carl Street, Hicksville, NY 11801

Who We Are:

We are ordinary citizens of Hicksville who have joined together for a common purpose and that is to make Hicksville a better place to live, work and raise a family.

Hicksville has a few civic organizations that have concentrated their efforts to their particular community while the Community Council acts as an Umbrella Organization taking the concerns of the entire community into consideration.

All residents are welcome to attend our meetings.
